I read somewhere that the first thing is to do is to recognize the root of the cause, so here is mine...
I personally tend to binge-watch when I feel uninspired (hello KUWTK) 😉 - here are a few thing that work for me.
My fav. strategy is breaking tasks into smaller and more manageable steps
When it comes to goals or projects. I try to set realistic goals and within those goals or projects, I give myself extra time on timelines.
We all know this and it's probably the hardest for a lot of us but creating a distraction-free environment is always a must.
I personally can't work while listening to music so you will always find my office very quiet. I also try to turn off all the notifications on my phone/laptop for at least two hours a day.
